Crest Runs World Class Picking System.

Our aim was to stream-line our picking process so that products would be picked and shipped on the same day without error.

We implemented a world-class Picking System consisting of conveyors, lights, radio frequency devices and controllers built by Dexion Integrated Systems and driven by Software designed in-house by Crests talented Information Technology Team.

The audit controls put in place by Crest have proven that the new system has a pick accuracy, over the last 12 months of operations, of over 99.6%.

This ensures our partners receive the right stock on time and in full, showing Crests commitment to their partners and customers.

This new picking system, along with Crests own Mobile Order Entry devices out in the field, ensure Crest can now take orders electronically in a retailers store, transmit them via the mobile phone network, and have the order picked and shipped within the same day.

In many cases the orders are in the Picking line within minutes of being sent from across the country.

Again this is testament to the team at Crest, in ensuring that world class systems and processes provide the success of our Partners in selling Sound and Vision Accessories.
